Witch’s Rock Costa Rica Surf Camp

Costa Rica Surf Camp - Witch's Rock

This place has some of the best surf camp reviews on Trivago out of all the surf camps in Costa Rica.  Some great packages for accommodation, lessons and tours.  It can be a bit of a party atmosphere in Tamarindo accommodation but the Playa del Coco accommodation is definitely a little quieter and will suit those who might be a little older and want to get the most out of every day surfing.

If you’re a beginner there’s a surf break for beginners directly out the front.  If you’re an advanced surfer, the Witches Rock / Ollies point breaks are really nice and are only a short boat ride from your accommodation. You can also organise some tours that are not surfing related if you’re all surfed out… hard to believe I know.  A liitle advice on your room choice if staying at the Tamarindo location.  Sunset room 7 was really nice and the probably the one I would stay in again, but maybe try and avoid Room 12 because it was pretty loud.
